Don't get revenge. That won't get your 20 dollars back, and two wrongs don't make a right. Especially since you aren't sure that it was that person, it would be a huge mistake. If you really believe that man stole from you then you should report it to the police. Other than that, talk to your bosses and see if you can convince them to offer security measures that would stop theft among employees, such as lockers, and keep your wallet on your person.
I really like Marguerite's answer above.

Revenge is not a good reaction. It serves no purpose.
Approach the guy you suspect and and tell him what rumor has been going around. Do not mention that you had $20 stolen from your wallet.
Ask him if he is having a rough time and in need of money. His answer will satisfy your suspicions one way or the other.
If he needs help, help him. Rally the workforce around him. You can positively change a person by performing such deeds.
That would be a better outcome.

Unless you SAW him stealing that money with your very own eyes, you can't be 100% sure it was him and therefore it'd be unfair to do something against him.... he might be innocent and you'd be committing an injustice. Two wrongs don't make one right. So until you have proof, don't do anything, and as much as revenge is appealing I guess that reporting him is a better idea.

Please don't you might get in trouble. I understand 20.00 is a lot of money. Since you think he may be the one, be careful with your personal belongings. Report to management so they can keep an eye on him. If he is the one that is actually stealing from others he will get caught. Remember there is a curve in every road.

You don't.
First, you do not know that he did this, you just think that he did and you have no proof that he did.
Second, even if you did have proof that he did you don't get back at him, you report him for doing this.
Once you start "getting back" at people it starts a cycle that usually ends up with someone (usually the person getting back at another) in jail.
My suggestion would be an adult.

That's slander and making false accusations. You're basing this off of his personality. Someone else may have stolen the money and wanted you to think it was him. But just in case it was him, you beat his a** and take the money back.

Use a scissors to snip his pants when he's not paying attention. Any form of vandalising his property.

Tell your boss how you feel about him being around, and get some more people with you.
If you have a good boss he will try to fix the situation.
