I always worried if I tied a rubberband around my scrodum could my nuts fall off and if so would I be able to reconnect them?! Have you ever seent he Fray in Concert and hows come I got red bumps around my private parts?

If you tie ANYTHING around ANY body part to restrict bloodflow it fails to function properly.
Eventually the part would die, and could become gangreenous (sp?)
From the nature of the question I'd say looswen whatever is around your neck obstructing bloodflow to the BRAIN.

as for the red bumps ? Go ask a doctor as we can't look and have no wish to

Why would you do that in the first place? No they can't 'reattach' them. No i havn't seen the Fray in concert. You could have an STD.

Tie it around your neck instead - real tight. Not that any brains might fall out though.
