In Disneyland: Finding Nemo Submarine Ride, Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Indiana Jones Adventure, Haunted Mansion and the monorail for getting around and taking a quick tour of the place. For old time Disney fun ride It's a Small World (done up for Christmas), Alice in Wonderland, Mr Toad's Wild Ride, Enchanted Tiki Room (show) and Splash Mountain.
In CA ride Tower of Terror, California Screamin', Grizzly River Run, Sun Wheel and Soarin' over California.
You must also watch the fireworks show in front of Cinderella's Castle, it's really cool. You need to show up at least an hour before the show starts.

the rollercoster is the best, get a hopper pass for both ca adventure and disneyland.

the rollercoaster, and the huge ferris wheel...Its lots o fun and not ur typical ferris wheel.
