how do you capture zakhaev son on call of duty 4 for ps3?

I've tried so many ways to capture him, but I just cant. I've tried shooting him in the back when i'm chasing him, but those two dogs keep slowing me up. what do I do?

you can't shoot him.
when you finish the level you will get him.
back up to give you more time to kill the dogs.
don't use a sniper rifle, use an auto weapon.
don't shoot the growling dog.
