well if she is a puppy that might be normal. Um... just feed her at like 7 make sure she has water and let her out before bed. Put her in a room by herself after that, Lights off, and dont go in ther no matter how big of a fit she throughs. If this dosent work make sure she dosnt sleep that next day then repeat the whole room thing if that dosnt work (it worked with mine) call a vet for help. Good luck:-)

I have a cocker spaniel too! he loves going to bed! does she sleep in a kennel? cause my trainer said that cockers love sleeping in kennels! if you don't have one, i recommend it!. just give her a treat as she goes in! it works for my dog! good luck!

Play with her and try to get as much energy out as possible before bedtime, then put her in a crate, she will cry at first but will eventually learn that she has to go to bed.

I'd be looking at what food and treats you are feeding. You want to be aiming for something pretty natural without all the preservatives and artifical flavours.

She is just excited. Is she getting her daily walk? You can put her on your lap and gently pet her. She'll eventually fall asleep. Or you can try to leave her in the cage just for the nite.

Ware her out and dont let her take naps. That way she will be tired when you are. Walk her, run her, just dont let her go to sleep until you do. That worked for me. And I love dogs.
