I was really active and I took an extreme vacation from any sort of activity for 6 days (during christmas).
I would only walk to the living room to watch tv, eat, and sleep.
that is seriously all I did. I left the house twice in 6 days.
and I was sore, the muscles in my back, the front of my hip, my shin and my shoulders.
could it be from inactivity?

I was pretty active up to that point.

Yes, inactivity can cause stiffness and soreness especially if you used to be very active. Lactic acid builds up in the muscles and needs to be "flushed" by exercise or it will cause congestion and pain.

yes, laying around to much will make you feel that way, especially if your active, try laying on the floor, with some sort of comforter for a little bit of softness. You dont want it to hard, lay flat on your back, put a rolled up towel under your neck for support, and knees up, feet on ground.

Yeah, I agree with the others. Stretch out, take some protein with anti lactic acid and get back into working out asap.
