Make an iron chariot so heavy that he can't drive the people who are using it out of a valley?

arcanum: You're welcome. But that's not an answer to the question, is it?

So far I'm a bit disappointed. Does anybody know the actual bible verse to which I'm referring?

Aaaah. Thank you, Blasphermer Bill. I was beginning to wonder...but you're entirely right; perhaps I was expecting too much...

gigi: You are entitled to your opinion...however, if you're going to go to all the bother of hitting the "answer" button, why not actually answer the question? This one's actually very simple.

They don't even know it's in there bro:

Judges
1:19 And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron.

Remember they are Christians, so chances are they've never read much of the Bible.

There is a place where god can not go on the Internet:

This does not prove there is no God (Supreme Being); it does point out that certain concepts of omnipotence are inherently self-contradictory and thus cannot be attributed to any Being (higher or otherwise) that can be clearly conceived.

In other words, this concerns the nature of the Supreme Being, not the question of whether one exists.

Not beleiving in God is pushing your mind and ego to come up with questions, that will logically conclude to proof God as not being omnipotent. However the question is based on your presumption about God. The idea that you carry about God, but God is not your idea nor He can conform or fit to your ideas. For God to be God, do you think he need to pass your tests? You first need to know what God is. Once you come closer to Him, your questions will disappear. In fact you that exist as an ego will disappear. Because your existence is false. I will quote some verses from Quran to give you some insight about God. But this still will not take you to God. You need to discover for yourself.

Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him.

Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth; in the alternation of the Night and the Day; in the sailing of the ships through the Ocean for the profit of mankind; in the rain which Allah sends down from the skies, and the life which He gives therewith to an earth that is dead; in the beasts of all kinds that He scatters through the earth; in the change of the winds and the clouds which they trail like their slaves between the sky and the earth, (here) indeed are Signs for a people that are wise.

I'm not really answering your question. I just note that folks who claim atheism or agnosticism are like someone who has a jigsaw puzzle, and they don't like the piece that's shaped like "God". But in tossing that piece aside, they are left with a "God-shaped hole" in the puzzle, and need to find something to fill it. So they keep asking questions about "God", almost obsessively.

well since God can do anything, he could make a chariot so heavy he couldn't lift it, but at the same time, he could if he wanted to. do not test the Lord your God.

No he's omnipotent. If he makes the chariot that heavy, the power will overwrite the first one.

Wow, thank you for that shining example of the self proclaimed superior atheist/agnostic intellect that we keep hearing about in Yahoo Answers.

My answer is as legitimate as the question.

God can do anything...no wait he cant do that because then he wouldn't be able to drive the people out meaning god cant do anything so either way god cant do it or better yet god is imaginary
