well at school there is this boy named connor and the first day that i saw him one of my friends told me that he liked me he is hot and he doesn't really talk to me is he shy? and recently i got a haircut and he seemed to loose intrest what can i do to make him like me more or to make him more interested

Well, Nat, it's tough to say from just this info.
Lots of guys are really shy around girls they like, some guys are good at talking to girls they like, but that's not the usual.
When you talk to him, does he make eye contact? does he blush a little? Either of those are a pretty good sign that he likes you.
Also, the haircut may have had an impact on him... a lot of guys don't like short hair---how drastic was the haircut?
As far as getting him to like you, you should try to be friends with him. Guys always fall for girls who they think are attractive AND cool. Show interest in things he likes... If he likes hockey, try to learn about it, for example.
You should go after him, but don't be too aggressive, that might scare him off or make him have a bad opinion of you (it's not fair at all, and not all guys think like this, but a lot of guys tend to have bad opinions of girls who are too forward when it comes to dating and stuff like that). So you should be friendly, and see where it goes from there. You should even ask him what he thinks about your hair--It'll grow back anyway---and maybe even echo his opinion of your hair---if he is bold enough to say that he liked it better the old way, maybe agree with him--or let him know you are gonna change it or grow it back---while this probably isn't a huge deal---it shows him that you care about his opinion, which is a way to show that you're into him without being too forward... and try to find out if you guys already have something in common, and talk about that.

Never listen to school gossip!!!! If this was just gossip dont listen.
He might b shy u never know.
I'd say talk to him is a good start. from the way u said it u two have never even talked. hang out around him more. The truth is its his decision in the end u just have to put urself out there.

It's hard to say. Try talking to him.
He may have liked your hair longer, but if he likes you he likes you. He may be shy.
If you do talk to him do so in a way that won't make him feel threatened, intimidated, or embarrassed.
You could also try slipping him a note, and for that you will need an accomplice. I would suggest not doing it in the classroom as that could get you in trouble.

Guys will be guys...they loose interest in anything that's not up to date for them.
If you want this guy to be interested, just talk to him!

You should go up to him and start a conversation with him...ask him a question like, "My dad was asking me if I had a favorite football team and I don't know anything about football, do you have a favorite team?" That will get him talking about himself...trust me, us guys like to talk about ourselves! Then the rest is up to you...and yes it sounds like he is just a little shy. GOOD LUCK...be confident!

If he is shy, then he will love it if you go up to him and initiate conversation and flirt. Use open-ended suggestive comments like "how does my butt look in these pants?" or "I want to have a really good weekend, got any ideas?" so that he can answer and feel like a pimp.
