Recently I have had a sharp pain located on the left side of my head when I make a sudden movement, like stand up quickly. It only lasts a few seconds but it is very painful. This concerns me and I am wondering what this could be caused by. Is it from watching too much TV or looking at a computer for too long? Or what usually causes this reaction? What can be done to help this???

Get a Chiropractic adjustment. It sounds as if you have one of the C vertebrae pinching a nerve. Spinal misalignment is very common and causes many of our pains and discomforts.

You should go to your doctor to have this checked. It could be your blood pressure.
