Fried Catfish is one of the best if not the best tasting fish I've ever eaten. I'd take it over chicken any day.

Depends on the season. In the winter catfish taste muddy. In the spring, and fall it tastes scrumptious. However, in the summer, it's a crap shoot.
Catfish blows fried chicken right out of the water. There's nothing like yummy fried catfish.

Fried catfish, hands down. Especially with my beer batter and homemade tartar sauce. Fried chicken is so plain.

Hmm, nicely i admire them the two. even though it is going to remember on who or the place this is coming from to what I desire. although, I consume extra fried rooster than I do fried fish, so i assume you will day that rooster would be my sought after.
