Chastity belts were used mainly in the middle ages and during the crusades to keep women from having sex.
They are literally a belt that was locked into place with very small openings that allowed the woman to go to the bathroom and that was all. They were kept on the woman 24 hours a day 7 days a week, sometimes for years at a time while their husbands were away so that the woman would stay chaste.
My guess is your friend is making a joke about it in reference to you having sex and keeping you from having sex.

Back in the days of crusades and such nobles going off to distant lands for long periods of time would put their wives into a chastity belt to prevent her from being unfaithful. The belt was really more like iron underwear that was locked and only the husband had the key.
Basically your friend is saying you're a s l u t and need a chastity belt to keep you in line. You can decide if that's a good thing for yourself.

It is not a practice or it is beyond atiquatte to think about Chstity Belt. This belt was weared by the ladies to maintain their virginity during middle ages . It is not in existence now and it is warn out pharase

In olden days a chastity belt was fitted to a woman to ensure that she did not have sex with anyone while her husband was away fighting in the crusades.Perhaps your friend is suggesting you have too many sexual partners.

A bad thing! Its a form of bet used LONG ago. It covers the private area of a female and only her husband had the key to remove it. it was to keep her faitful.

it isnt anything. Basically shes just saying that your not gunna have sex. I.E. The belt locks your pants.
