I am not sure what I did, but I have a bone the size of a pin pong ball sticking out of my should. It's painful what can this be?

A shoulder dislocation would be agonizingly painful and there would have been something pretty traumatic to cause it. If the bone you are talking about is at the top of your shoulder, it could be the acromio-clavicular joint. This can get inflamed and protrude. Often seen in arthritis.

You probably dislocated ur shoulder go to the hospital
