"“Keep on, then, seeking first the kingdom and his righteousness, and all these [other] things will be added to YOU. 34 So, never be anxious about the next day, for the next day will have its own anxieties. Sufficient for each day is its own badness."-- Matthew 6:33-34
Try not to let your sadness overpower you. The "world is lying in the power of the wicked one" right now, so things are going to be bad.
Look forward to the promises made by God to make things better in the future.
And don't hesitate to turn the TV off. Read the Bible or another book... go for a walk and enjoy what God has created. Talk with a friend. Sing a song.
But rest assured- it won't always be like this.
(((((hugs to you)))))

You're just tired! That's like having four jobs all at once. It would be hard to have a life with four jobs consisting of I'm guessing about 100 hours a week? No, there is nothing wrong with you. You are just tired. I would suggest though, if you really are feeling bummed about having no life, take a day off and have a spa day or go hiking in the mountains. Definitely gives you time to clear your head and think about things in your life and how to make it more "organized". Hope this helps! -KMD

I applaud you for asking such an honest and sensitive question...
Honestly, you can't relax. Why? Because you *know* about the world and the evil and injustice that inhabits it. And while its my opinion that you can't fully relax, you can change the world by making it a better place. Be the change you want to see in the world (a Mahatma Gandhi quote), and leave it a better place than you found it (a Boy Scout motto). Doing this will bring you comfort and inner peace. Lastly, I'm reminded by a quote from Edmund Burke:
"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."
So in closing- don't bury your head in the sand, fight the good fight, take care of yourself first, then you can truly help others and ease the suffering of the world.

It is nice that you are living consciously. You see many souls are here for lessons and this is all about them, not you.
It is very sad to see, but Jesus said to his disciples, " Be in the world but don't be part of it ". That means that you are to live your life without judging the rest and getting involved in it's struggle. You can only do your part of being a good example and contributing the best you can to the whole. Many Young people born after 1984 are called star children because they are here to make a difference. If you allow yourself to get all caught up in others drama, it can only serve to bring you down. Just go with the flow and observe without getting all emotional. I know that is difficult to do because I hurt and cry at times to because it is so sad. Just know that this all has to happen and each person has lessons to learn before they can go on. If they don't learn, they will not be ready for the next part. Some souls you wouldn't want here anyhow if you knew what they really think and intend. Mother nature will take many of them out. This is the time of the separation.

Abortion is not necessarily bad. Some women consider it to be a very positive choice they made in their particular circumstances.
But with respect to the rest of it, yes, the world has many hardships and wrongdoings which you must acknowledge as you become an adult. However, each of us also has the power to provide help for other people and to fight injustice in different ways throughout our lives, too. One person won't be able to fix everything, but each person can do something to make the world better.

It's full of good things too. Like you. The glass is half empty or half full. And the world is a dark place at times, but that's how we selflessly serve. A few of us here and there being a light in the dark place (not flame throwers by the way). You and I serve and care and offer a bit of lit in our own corner of the darkness. The darker the dark the brighter our light. Thanks for the question.

I wouldn't necessary say you have accept it. I would say, as a child of the living God, you have to believe that God's perfect will will ultimately be done regardless. He has His hand over our lives. There is truly nothing we can do but stand up for what God's word says. Relax darling, Jesus Christ knows your heart. Ask him for that peace that surpasses all understanding. As one that has experience this peace that He has spoke of in His word, I can guarantee you, that this is what sustains my sanity!

That commercial is kind of funny. These things you speak of have been going on for eternity. There's just more press coverage now. Relax. Take a walk. Enjoy your life. Be a good person. Stop living in fear.

yeah, too sad... but losing hope is not the answer maybe we'll keep on hoping and praying for ourselves and for everyone, we need to practise it ( Praying) EVERYDAY to make this world better. I think we need to change too, even the little sins need " conversion " or whatever one calls it, 'though it won't be easy, trying harder will work miracles I guess.

Reading 2Timothy 3:1-7 helps me alot.
I realize were really are living in the last days as Jesus Christ foretold.
Associating with brothers and sisters brings me joy.
Prayer also works, and preaching the good news of the Kingdom strengthens my faith.
