Can they cause addiction?
I've been feeling tension since I was 1, now I'm 26 and tired of muscle tension and tension headaches, massage doesn't help or regular pain medicine.

Muscle relaxants probably won't help with feeling tense and tension headaches. Check with a neurologist - make sure your headaches are tension headaches and not migraines.

So, 25 years of tension? Are you under the care of a doctor? If not, you should be. Now, about the muscle relaxants. Are you taking someone elses prescription? If so, please don't. Yes, they are addictive.

What your asking is if you should take drugs to relax in this everyday life that the rest of us have learned to live with.
Maybe what you really need is a way to take your mind off the stress of living, like a hobby, reading, a vacation, etc. Something to learn to accept as "life" and not stress. Drugs are not the answer to life unless a physician perscribes them for a reason.

I think you need to treat the mind not the muscles.
If you have a prescription then a muscle relaxer could help but I think there's an underlying problem that needs to be addressed here

Consult your local doctor first, because if you are addicted then it is really very harmful for your health.
