Field sobriety tests vary. Most include following a pen or finger with your eyes and not moving your head (impaired peoples eyes jerk near a 45 degree angle), Walking a straight line in a heel to toe fashion, reciting the alphabet or number sequences. This is folllowed by a breath test.

Walk in a straight line, and put your right index finger on your nose then your left and continue to do so for a bit more. Theres also the breathalizer.
