Is your Bf happy as an atheist? I am sure that you would be offended if he really tried to convince you that God is imaginary. Both atheists and theists have no absolute proof that God does or does not exist and therefore there will always be different opinions on God's existence until the individual dies. Part of being in love is accepting your partner for who they are. It sounds like you would be better served to ask yourself if you both are willing to accept each others differences and maintain a healthy relationship. If not it may be better to move on. While I empathize with your concern for his immortal soul I disagree with slitting your neighbors throat for his soul's sake if you catch my drift. Hope things work out.

Just leave it alone. And if it gets too bad, just leave him.
There is no way in the world you can convince a concrete atheist that the divine exists, other than to take him to a forest and tell him to look around and marvel the beauty.
Thats all the advice I have for you.
Remember: There is no proof the divine DOES or DOESN'T exist. Its all a matter of what you feel when you think of such glorious things. (or retarded things, according to an atheist. and that wasn't a punch at any of the atheists here, by the way)

That could take some time. You can continue to try and convince him. But if I could make a suggestion...why not accept him as he is? You must see some great qualities in him if you chose him to be your boyfriend.
I would say that you should stop trying to convince him, just love him, and let your witness to him be your life and the way you live it.
Just let God do the work....Blessings!

Ask him why the Universe abides to the rules and laws of the Universe by itself. Tell him it's LUDIOCRIS to think this all happened by chance. Tell him it's completely irrational to believe the laws of the Universe programmed itself. Without a God to dictate the physical properties of the Universe, it would be in complete chaos. Fortunately I just know 100% there is a God. Right now I'm just debating with myself if it's the Biblical one. Tell him he's very ignorant to not believe in a deity. He probably thinks of God as the Zeus stereotype. Tell him God is more of a presence than a man.

How would YOU like it if he keeps trying to convince you that god truly doesn't exist. Just dont let religion get in the way. It's his choice anyways, not yours. My sister's boyfriend broke up with one of his ex girlfriend because she kept pestering him to go to church. I'd do the same thing.

Hmmm, I think I was just helping your boyfriend (in another forum) asking for help in convincing his girlfriend to be an atheist.
You two should give it up. But there are lost of Xian fishes out there!

If you can't accept him for who he is then maybe it's best if you just let him go. No one likes to have religion shoved down their throat. If you care at all about him then leave him alone and let him believe what he wants to believe. Love to me means that you won't try to change the other person.

How have you convinced yourself other than by faith? He is not willing to use the (Fear of hell, promise of heaven=Hope=belief) formula, and that is the only way to get him to buy in. You could try bribing him with sex though.

All you have to do is provide empirical evidence (by that I mean pleading from increduality, emotion, anecdotes etc is not actually evidence)

Forcing him to believe might only cause further problems, just pray for him, and let him know that you love him just the same, and that you keep him in your prayer's dailey, If he does not believe in God, It should not insult him by praying for him either way.
lead by example, seeing your goodness in how you react to things should be food for thought with him, and may spark thought in him.
but, in the end....we all come to God in our own way....willingly......or kicking and screaming and cursing and lashing out and then.........an inner awakening.
dont give up on prayer.
