It would be a bad idea to pop it.

Make yourself a cup of chamomile tea with a teabag, then take the very warm tea bag (if it's *very* hot, let it cool down a little) and put it on the sore for 10 to 15 minutes. You can also try this with a regular teabag. The warmth, the moisture and the properties of the tea should help. You can do this first thing in the morning, and last thing at night.
Otherwise, get lots of liquids, lots of good food, cut down on the sugar, and get lots of sleep.
If it doesn't go away in a couple of days, or you suddenly get a high fever, go see a doctor.

lance it if it's getting to that point. or let a HOT wet towel soak it good. make sure your hands are clean before you start to mess with it. or you could use some bentonite clay, works great for sucking anything out of your skin, ie stings, pimples, bug bites, don't be alarmed if the skin is red after you use the clay( just like a mask) it's red because it really draws all the junk out of your face, it goes away fairly quickly.
Don't use rubbing alcohol!!! you could give yourself a chemical burn!! if you wanna wash it use warm water and mild soap

I get one of those on any part of my face ALWAYS after I have a cold. I don't understand it either, but it only happends after colds.
If you put a steaming hot wash cloth on it for fifteen minutes a night and fifteen minutes in the morning, it helps it go down. Do not try to pop it though, it makes it worse, unless you can tell it has to pop.
Hope this helps!

You're probably getting a cold. I would rub some Neosporin on it, it will decrease the size and redness of it. If you don't have any, just swab it with rubbing alcohol and put some moisturizing cream (or medicated, if you have any) on it.

you could pop it (owie) & then put neo-sporin *spelling* onto it... That happens to me all the time around my nose ring. But neosporin or hyrogenperoxide will help it heal. If you had a small butterfly/ regular bandaid, that would help with keeping your fingers from irritating it more...

To dry nose, first you have to make it wet and then remove it and put it in the drier in the washing machine or dry it under the hot sun.
Now is it OK?
