well, it's hard to explain but here it goes:
suppose you are at fault,and then, when people question you, instead of admitting you try to justify yourself by blaming them... god ... i kept thinking and thinking but i just can't remember what this is called... please... any suggestions?

The "deflecting" answer above is a good answer, but not if this happens a lot from the same person.

well. Im not sure if this is what you mean, but their trying to find a scapegoat. They are indenial. They are passing the buck.
