In my opinion, love is when you care deeply for someone, and it is so much feelings that you want this person in your life till the end... there are different types of love, 1st love is the first time you fall in love. and true love is the one you know it was meant to be.. there is just a difference... Love is is splendid.. I love my daughter, i love my husband, i would give my life for both... without a second thought... your true love is your soul mate, the one God created for you....

People who say first love never lasts are the ones whose first relationship never worked out.. But.. Your first love can be your true love..
I would say the difference is first love is exciting and new and you make many mistakes.. True love is when you just accept the person for who they are.. and you put their happiness first before your own.. People can be selfish in first love..
