In Christianity Motivator would be someone that calls others to think in a more Christian manner such as Martin Luther King. Leaders are those that have created the different branches such as Luther, Calvin, Smith and others Master in Christianity would be Jesus alone. Since so many Christians are of the Roman church the popes would have be classified as motivator and on going leader of that church.

Firstly I'll try giving the general meanings as I see them.

1. Motivator - someone or thing that gets people to think, or more crudely someone or thing that kicks you in the *** and gets you up.

2. Leader - someone who gains the trust of others so that they will follow him/her. Also someone who might have a clearer vision and better understanding of any given scenario, one who direct others.

3. Masters - people who nearly always achieve any goal they set or people who have reached and acquired all skills in any given subject.

Actually I think these answer will also work for spirituality.

Motivators make you want to get there, leaders forge the path for you to follow, and masters are the ones that are already there, calling out to you so you don't get lost.
