Body Pains?

Ok i dont wanna sound nasty, but my left nut has been aching so bad, and i dont wtf is wrong and along with that my gut on my left hand side also hurts with my "part". Im 15, i dont do any drugs or drink, im a lil overweight, but i just wanna no what is wrong and should i be worried

Yes, this could be something to worry about but I would recommend letting your dad know what's going on so that he can help you keep an eye on the situation as well as your doctor so that they can evaluate the situation further to see what they think is going on.
