No respect for others beliefs. You don't see us calling them: Terminators: Rise Of The Machines. Because obviously they don't believe in God so they must believe that they are mindless as well as controlled by robotic machines such as in the Matrix, therefore no need for a God. A taste of your own medicine atheists!!! Doesn't feel nice? well think about how the christians feel.

They don't. The Flying Spaghetti Monster is completely made up, as an example of "hey I follow this why can't you believe it's real?" to show you what the concept of the God of Israel is like to them. They are trying to say that one is just as acceptable (or not acceptable and ridiculous) as the other.

No one refers to your god as the flying spaghetti monster. The FSM is simply another god. It is used as a way to emphasize how silly believing in god is... there is just as much proof of the existence of the god described in the bible as there is of the existence of the FSM. So the point they try to make is, why would you believe in the biblical god but not the FSM... You say one is ridiculous but why isn't the other?

Well first of all...Atheists believe in NO god(s). (a-without; theos-god) so that question was an oximoron in itself. But as for the Flying Spaghetti Monster, that is another religion...NOT THE SAME as athiesm. There is actually a Church of The Flying Spaghetti Monster (for more info go to http://www.venganza.org/ ) they believe that the world was created by a floating bowl of Italian pasta, not the God of Israel. They do not believe in your god, but they are not atheist because they do have a god and are therefore monotheistic. But as for why they believe in a Flying Spahghetti Monster, who knows...(I'm assuming from how you frased your question that you are infact Christian)...Why do you refer to your god as "God" or "Jehovah" how do you know that your god is not, in fact, a flying bowl of marinated pasta?...There is no mention in the bible of how "God" looks, only that he fashioned man in his image...but how did he fashion that image...compare yourself to the bowl of Spaghetti...the noodles could be your hair, the white color of the noodles could be your bones, the red is your blood, and the meatballs could be the shapes of your eyes....So, just because these people do not believe the same way you do, it does not mean that their beliefs are wrong (nor are your's wrong), just differnt. You and the FSMists both believe in one God, how do you know that that god is not the same?...They might just picture god in away more suited for them.

Atheists are not referring to Yahweh when they speak of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. the FSM is just another human created god ... like Yahweh.
PS. i have a book that lists 2500 different gods. strangely enough, The Flying Spaghetti Monster is not listed.

There is only one God dear, the FSM.He is not exclusive, He is the God of everyone.
We know that he is real because we can se Him wiggling His noodly appendages online.
After worship (cooking and eating pasta) we can feel him in our stomach and liver.

They don't. The Flying Spaghetti Monster is a hypothetical example of a Supreme Being. As such it is just as valid as your Yahweh. And not as jerky.
