You should not lose 100lbs. that would put you at 100lbs which is underweight for someone of your height. It's better to lose 40 to 50 lbs.
I don't know your current lifestyle so here are some tips.
eat healthy. Plenty of fruits and vegetables. Lean meats like chicken and fish. Buy all your dairy products as fat free.
Exercise. Start walking around the block everyday. Slowly increase. While watching TV stand and exercise.

You are asking for more pounds to loose than you need to .
Formula for women's weight
For the first 5 feet you should weigh 95 pounds and for the inches thereafter add 4 pouns per inch.
So for 5'10" 95+4*10=135
by the way thats my height as well
for men ideal weight for 5'10" should be 105+5*10=155
So i am 12 lbs over weight , because i am 167 lbs right now.
We love women's fat as well lol.
It is just that they say , is unhealthy.
