Okay im about 6 foot 1 mabey 6'2 and i weight 180 to 185 i want to know if this is good or bad or okay. What is the goal weight for a 15 year old. And what ideas do you have for a diet and for losing mabey 5 to 20 pounds

you are perfectly healthy...you can check it on a bmi calculator: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

you don't need to diet... if you insist on dieting, just cut down on the sweets and chips and substitute water or healthy drinks for sugary drinks/sodas. don't eat past 7:30 pm to give yourself at least 2 hours before bed to digest so the food doesnt turn into excess weight.

Weight loss diets are not a good idea for teenages who are not grossly overweight.

Because you are growing it is hard to measure weight loss.

A better strategy is to eat healthily and exercise.

So one get ride of candy, junk food, add in more vegetables and fruit. As a younger person you need more dairy and protien than an adult.

Next exercise. Find something you enjoy, I used to cycle a lot at your age and I lived in a place where there were many nice places to cycle to. Also playing sport with friends (have fun) can be good.

Don't worry too much but live a healthy life.

you don't need to loose any weight right now. as you get a little older, you may have to drop a few pounds to maintain that 180-190 lb range. Just eat healthy and things should be o.k..

That's a perfectly normal weight for your height. You don't need to lose any pounds.
