You can have yogurt, fruit salad, popcorn, sliced apples dipped in peanut butter, baked potato w/ butter & bacon bits, peanut butter & banana sandwhich, crackers & tuna salad, salted cashews, pretzels, rice krispies treat, nutri-grain bars, quaker snack mix, chocolate covered raisins, chocolate covered fruit, celery & ranch dressing, wheat thins, triscuits, tuna & wheat thins, ruffles potato chips & french onion dip, grilled cheese, etc.

Quesadilla-- cheese, salsa, tortilla and microwave.
Pizza Sandwich-- pizza sauce, cheese, bread, butter and grill as if it were a plain old grilled cheese.
Keep some cookie dough in the fridge and just bake up enough for yourself when you want it (that's what I do, kind of selfish though=])

inside out pizza
INGREDIENTS
2 6-inch flour tortillas
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 (1 ounce) slices cooked deli turkey breast
1 tablespoon pizza sauce
1 tablespoon chopped tomato (optional)
1 tablespoon sliced black olives (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place one tortilla on a sheet of waxed paper sized to fit in your microwave. Spoon 2 tablespoons each of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses over the tortilla. Cover the cheese with turkey slices. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over the turkey, and top with 1 tablespoon each tomatoes, black olives, and green peppers. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses, and place second tortilla on top. Place on a microwave-safe plate, and cover with a sheet of waxed paper.
Cook on High in microwave until the cheese melts, about 1 1/2 minutes. Allow to cool 2 minutes before cutting into wedges.

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons water
3 cups pecan halves
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a 4 quart glass casserole dish in the microwave. Stir in the brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and water. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir in the nuts so they are well coated. Microwave for 4 to 5 additional minutes on high, stirring every minute. Spread cooked nuts out onto parchment or waxed paper to cool.

OH WOW! Talk about EASY, & yet, try serving this, cause people will NOT BELIEVE all it is is just simply this----take 8 oz softened cream cheese & mix it w/ tuna fish (in water but drained)------OMG! Serve it w/ crackers.....you have zero clue how people RAVE & do not believe that that is ALL IT IS---but soooooooooo DELISH, esp on a hot summer day. Bon Appetito sweetie!

well i make this all the time...im 12 so its easy cause i thought of it...
1.velveta cheese
2.ground hanburger(already cooked and small pieces)
3.milk
4.tortilla chips
all u do is put it all in a pan and melt it ...until its kind of thin...pretty simple...

Here are a few that are easy, my family likes them. & I hope you enjoy!!
Snack Wraps
INGREDIENTS
12 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 head lettuce
1 (6 ounce) package sliced deli-style turkey
2 cups shredded carrots
2 cups minced tomato
DIRECTIONS
Spread cream cheese evenly over the tortillas. Top the cream cheese with lettuce leaves. Arrange the turkey slices in even layers on top of the lettuce. Sprinkle the carrots and tomato over the turkey slices. Roll the tortillas into wraps. Cut the wraps diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Secure with toothpicks.
Ham Cucumber Rollups
INGREDIENTS
1 medium cucumber
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon dill weed
8 thin, rectangular slices deli ham
DIRECTIONS
Peel cucumber; cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds with a spoon. Cut each half lengthwise into four strips; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mustard and dill. Spread about 2 tablespoons over each ham slice. Place a cucumber strip on the wide end; roll up tightly jelly-roll style. Cut off any cucumber that extends beyond ham slice. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into 3/4-in. slices.
Basil Garlic Crescents
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, combine cottage cheese, butter and cream cheese; cover and process until smooth. Add flour; cover and process until mixture forms a ball.
Divide dough into two portions. On a floured surface, roll each portion into a 10-in. circle. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic powder. Cut each circle into 12 wedges.
Roll up wedges from the wide end and place pointed side down 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Curve ends of each to form a crescent shape. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks; serve warm.
Cheesy Breads---Really Good!!
INGREDIENTS
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
1 (2 ounce) can chopped black olives, drained
4 green onions, sliced
2 French baguettes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, blend Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, ranch-style dressing mix, black olives and green onions. Increase the amount of mayonnaise as desired if the mixture seems too dry.
Spread equal amounts of the Cheddar cheese mixture on French baguette slices. Arrange slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm.
Cheesy Chili Dip
INGREDIENTS
1 (15 ounce) can chili
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
2 (8 ounce) packages shredded mozzarella cheese
garlic powder to taste
ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the broiler.
In a shallow, medium baking dish, spread the chili and mix in cream cheese. Microwave on high 1 minute, or until cheese is melted and creamy.
Stir in 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Microwave on high 1 minute, or until melted.
Top the mixture with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Broil 5 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
Creamy Dill Cucumber toasties---Yummy!!!
INGREDIENTS
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 French baguette, cut into 1/2 inch thick circles
1 cucumber, sliced
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on a slice of bread, and top with a slice of cucumber. Sprinkle with dill. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
