Since WWIII will have knocked us back into the Stone Age, WW4 will be fought with sticks and stones and will most likely be started by rampaging mobs seeking uncontaminated food and water....

Wow, thats a poor view of the world. Tell the Millions who have diead, or been displaced that in the Wars of just this century that war is prosperous. Last I checked we are spending more on this war than we can break even with. Where is the prosperity their?

I believe WW 3 will have to start and end first. And how would Africa start a war? Their vast naval power, or their overwhelming air force. Only munition suppliers profit from war. Tax payers lose.
