become a boxer :D no joking, errm well i wouldnt tho to be honest, it's getting more and more popular where girls have muscles, not neccessarily gaint muscles or anything, but slightly toned (jessica biel). anyway the way to lose muscle really is... well it's not always healthy but it's really by consuming less and less calories (if 2000 is what you need, take 1500), and do exercise, protein is usually what you need to sustain or build muscle, so maybe cut that down a little. OR, get fat and cover it up, either way works.

but really, you should just keep them. i cna't really say as i dunno what state it's in, but yea.

Endurance exercises with long arm movements like swimming, ballet, dance, yoga, pilates, and callanetics, etc., as well as stretching really well can all help lean muscles develop. The same goes for leg muscles, which is why swimmers and runners are very muscular, but in a very lean way. Also, up to this point you're young enough you shouldn't be doing any heavy weight lifting (which stunts growth for pre-teens and creates bulky muscles for anybody). If you do lift, try lighter weights with more repetitions because that's what gives you toned and lean muscles verses the body-builder type. And don't forget to stretch! One thing I hate but would definitely help is to stand up with good posture and extend your arms straight out to your sides. Rotate your arms in tiny circular movements and count to 25, then reverse for 25. Repeat the whole thing a few times and your arms will be sore! (don't drop them down) Make sure to stretch out before and after. If you start doing this a few times a day consistently, it will really help!

GET FAT! Just eat and eat and don't do any exercises. Eat bad stuff oily things maybe some junk food but don't over do it. Anyways I'd like to see the video I don't think your arms are as muscular as you say its not bad either. It be ugly if it were like Swzernager buff.

So what do you have, bulging biceps like some weight lifter dude or something? It's normal to have muscles if you are athletic. The only way to get rid of them is to stop doing sports. The muscles will of course turn to fat and flab, two things you definitely don't want.
