I was was born basically across the street from Daytona and live 20 minutes away and while I like DIS, my favorite is Bristol. Darlington would be a close second place. In third place, God bless her memory, would be North Wilkesboro. I like the old tracks as opposed to the new ones.

Hey Snake I guess you can crawl across the street and make love to A.M.S all the time....But me the lady in black "Darlington" that lady has played a many a wicked time on a lot of drivers, but then thats racing, that makes that Lady to tough to tame.. I love Darlington....NASCAR PLEASE give this lady back her "Southern 500".....and this comes from a gal who lives in Calif... I grew up with this track, I saw some great races back in 60,70.80's.. let the legend continue....Hey Snake...I've seen some great races at Atlanta as well...These great southern tracks....Hey its Nascar at its best.

My favorites are Daytona, Talladega and Richmond. Those 3 tracks typically put on such a good show.

The plate tracks have so many track position changes thru the course of it all. And the fact that they're *so close* to each other is intense.

Richmond is one of the better short tracks in my opinion; I've always found it more exciting than Bristol and Martinsville

Any of the high banked tracks.
Daytona, Talladega, Bristol, Michigan, Dover, etc.
High banked tracks are easier to see from the stands, the cars can compete at a much higer speed than a compairitively sized flat track, the passing is much easier on a banked track, therefore you get a much more exciting race. If I want to watch a 500 lap parade (ala Martinsville) I'll watch F-1.

Talladega and Bristol are my favorites, with Dover coming in a close third. Talladega is awesome because of the insane racing that you get with 43 cars in one pack - although the fall race this year (with the CoT) was actually pretty lame. Bristol is my other favorite for all of the reasons that everyone has already said - the nonstop beating and banging is just awesome. I like Dover because it is a hybrid - it's like Bristol and Talladega had a love-child.

Bristol Baby!!! Day or night, it is an awesome track to see a race....loud n rowdy. There's not a bad seat in the place...Ya can see the whole track, smell the fuel, tires smokin, tradin paint....Bristol's got it all. I go every year to both races. There's a reason they call it Thunder Valley. There's lots of good tracks, but Bristol has the magic.

I have to be "that guy" and say Sears Point. Well, Infineon now. I love road courses, and though Watkins Glen is fun, Sears Point is the far superior track. How often do you see hairpins in NASCAR? And to boot, you have the thrill of a Bristol and a Talladega at the same time.

Darlington, because of all the history the track has and I was born in SC.

Other than that, I'd have to say Daytona.

Darlington, went to the Nationwide race in May, between the race and Sprint Happy Hour there was a lot of stripes on the turn 4 wall(which BTW I made my wife take a picture of). Sad part is I live in SC and I'm actually closer to Lowes MS.

I love my home track of Texas Motor Speedway but my favorite to go is Bristol Motor Speedway. It is a awesome track, 15 second laps and pit stop galore, not a bad seat in Bristol.
