Distilled water is water that has been boiled AND the steam from water has been re-captured in a 2nd container as water. Basically the boiling removes EVERYTHING but the water. No minerals, No chemicals, No anything.
This is the same process used to concentrate alcohol.

So, Boiling is not the same as distilled. With boiling, you still have the minerals and chemicals in the water after it cools down. With distilled, you don't

distilled water is the condensed steam of boiled water.

spring water, filtered water, or reversed osmosis water are not the same. read the label. it will say DISTILLED.

you will have a better chance of getting distilled in the place where they nursery water for babies to drink.

i really can't imagine why this product is called for, the vinegar and honey aren't that pure. you should be able to use tap water for this purpose, as long as that is what you normaly drink. any of the others would also work.

Distilled water is boiled into steam and then the steam is recondensed. This gets rid of impurities in the water.
Without more details why you are drinking vinegar I couldn't say why distilled water is specified-but if you want to use it you can buy it by the gallon at any grocery store-it will state that it is distilled on the label.

Boiling water will only remove some impurities, distilled water removes many more impurities(such as lead) in the water.
