Your child is 47 inches, and that is at the 96th percentile for height.

Probably neither good nor bad. He/she is probably just growing quicker than his/her peers. Does it run in the family? Are there any growth problems in the family? Just to be safe I'd get it checked out, but it's most likely nothing to stress over.

Since both parameters are in essentially the same percentile, that seems OK. If a doctor does not find any abnormalities, there should be no problem.

it sounds bad to me.
but then again, i need more information if im going to say whether its good or bad.
if you have that problem with your child, take him or her out on walks.. just play!
have fun, and they'll lose weight
