Hi there, I am a 23 year old male. I have abdominal pain issues and don't know what I may be caused from.

I have been having lower left quadrant pains since early September 2007. I went to a walk in clinic to get checked out and the doctor ordered an Ultrasound for me....apparently nothing showed up...and he thought that it would possibly be diverticulitis. I have been constantly having abdominal pains in the lower left, and now lower right.....sometimes even in the upper right and left quadrants (right below my rib cage).....My feces are alternating with sticky and diarhea..ish. And sometimes there is blood when I wipe my rectum.

I have developed a nagging hoarseness cough since November 2007 now and it has still not gone away along with these abdominal pains.....I am quite scared because I know that some colon cancers (hopefully i don't have) spread through the blood to the lungs. I do feel like this cough is caused from my abdomen though since I do not have cold like symptoms

See a gastroenterologist right away.

I know a young man who was only 19 and had severe abdominal pain ... he had to have gall bladder surgery.

Rectal bleeding is not something to ignore. Sometimes an ultrasound isn't enough ... you may need a colonoscopy to determine what is causing the pain.

Get a 2nd opinion from another doctor. A walk in clinic may not be the best choice for you. If this is something that bothers you constantly, go to the Emergency Room. Pain and blood are not good signs, especially since the pain seems to be spreading to other areas now. Have more tests done.

The Hoarseness can be caused by an UNDER ACTIVE THYROID. Other symptoms are depression, fatigue, swallowing problems and of course the hoarseness. A simple blood test and a pill a day can solve that, if that's it.

I would fast for 24 hours and purge your system with nothing but water to try to clean out the problem in your bowels. If they run tests further, you will be prepared. Clearing your bowels should make you feel better.

WWW.Oralchelation.com I Googled this site and found your problem at 3, c. It referred to ulcers or gastritis.

Good Luck with a solution.

There is no medicine for IT become chronic.

YOU HAVE DYSPEPSIA which includes discomfort, pain, diarrhea and constipation. You may have ulcer in rectom or fissure.
Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I treat it with our SHREE SWASTHYAYOG THERAPY, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; cold things, worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale fiberless bakery foods, SMOKING and ALCOHOLE.

All things with bitter taste, ROASTED/BOILED Pulses, SPROUTS, SALADS in both meals and good sleep will help.
