This is the story of my life; so what should I do? I want to be honest with my friends but I'm not looking to cause trouble.

That sucks. Looks like our lives are exact copies of the same book.

Well what can you do? If he is serious with his g/f then the best you can do is just be a good friend to him. I know that it sucks but we can't always have our cake and eat it too! Once again I think that it would be best to not bring it up. Just wait and see what happens and if they stay together then don't get down about it. You always have the choice whether or not to be happy in life, remember, you have a choice.

Keep your feelings to yourself. That way there will be no trouble. Things like this happen all the time in life and there's really nothing we can do about them except to live with them.

I went through this in high school...stay friends with him. And if you're not friends with her. Befriend her.
Think about it. Would you rather have him as a friend or nothing.... You can always hang out as buddies
I used to hang out with the guys that I liked with Gfriends cuz I liked them for a reason, they were great guys. Their gfriends were my friends also; and to my knowledge there were never any hard feelings.
Stay friends, if nothing else. He may just need your shoulder one day! :)

I would suggest waiting until the relationship is over if possible. But if it doesn't end, you should care for him enough to let him go. Besides, crushes aren't worth it in my opinion. Friendships can be much more enjoyable than serious relationships anyway.

ooh, I can totally relate.. This happened to me last year.. Everyone told me I had a chance, but he obviously didn't think so; he just threw me aside. My advice is to just go for someone who will appreciate you and not see any other girl.
Much luck to you :))

I'm in the same situation but I don't want to be rude and try to break them up, so tell him that you like him and tell her you like him and then if he breaks up with her for you then see if it's OK if you date him. If he stays together with her then you know that he likes her more and just leave them be:)

well i wouldnt tell them until they break up. like u said it could cause trouble and awkwardness. its not like ur lying since not telling them during their relationship is better for the future. and lets say they get married(i highly highly doubt it) its not like hes the only guy in the world.

It happens. In life, we just have to let things go for sake of peace, honor and happiness.
You want to stay straight and narrow? Stay off. You can't have everything that your heart desires.
