i had the same problem. ok here's what i do. I sit and over think every single situation, with different scenarios. What would i do or how would i feel if this happened. so on. well think of it this way. it hasn't happened, good chance it more than likely wont happen. NOW there is an exception to the rule. If you feel something not right in your gut. Lets say you are going out with friends. and something is telling you just don't go.... then don't go I got this feeling a while back and the same night the friends that i was suppose to head out with got into a very serious accident. follow your gut not your head. if you are over thinking it, let it go if you have a bad feeling about it. dont ignore it!

naturally all of us who can will pray for you...but perhaps you could go to a truama ward of the nearest hospital and volunteer to read to the patients, or volunteer at a hospice, or soup kitchen, this would take your mind off your worries, give aide to someone else, and help you get perspective on what there may be to really worry about...okay? when I was going through a really bad time I use to ask myself: "could this be worse" and if I could think how it could be worse..then i had to admit then that it wasn't too bad after all...so try it okay?! prayers to you...

I will be happy to pray for you. God knows the situation, and I will leave it to Him. Remember you have a sound mind. You have the mind of Christ.

Yes... and you need to pray for yourself and decide to give your problems to God. He loves you and wants to help you.
I have trouble remembering that sometimes and think I need to handle things myself, when in truth, I can do very little. But God is able to do abundantly more than you can even dream of. And He wants to help you.
Remember that worrying about tomorrow doesn't fix tomorrows problems, it only robs today of it's joy.

Of course I will pray for you but you should know that God helps those who help themselves. So it is ok if you pray for yourself also.

Absolutely, I will pray for you...but I also want you to get your Bible and read these scriptures...Matthew 6:25-34. It is not God's desire for us to worry...but rather to cast your cares on God for he cares for you. It's just a matter of understanding that GOD will take care of things in your life....he has promised that....Hope this helps....

It's alright to ask for prayers, but the best thing to do is pray for yourself. God wants to hear from you too. Go ahead. He's waiting for your call.

Of course, as a matter of fact, I'll do it right now! Also, how about you pray, too! That'll do the trick! You're never alone, you know!
