I have a plane ride to catch, friday, VERY early. So early that I have to get up at 3:20. It is currently 10:55. Should I go to bed and sleep the 4 hours, or would I just be messing up my body with too little sleep and so I should just stay up the whole rest of the night? I feel like I can take a coffee or something to keep me awake, but I am not sure whether to sleep the little bit I have or not to?
