i connected the first one but i cant connect the other one i also read the insruction manual but that dosent help me

Koz is right.... Plug the 2nd controller in via the USB and hit the PS button.... once it's going you can remove the cable as now it has been registered.

Did you plug the new one in and hit the PS button, while the old one was still active?
It is supposed to be detected and assigned a number automatically, which you'll see in the lights on the front of the controller.

You should just sync it to the system...
I do not personally own one but try to look in the manual at syncing controlers or something of the sort.
