get her laughing then keep asking her questions. It'll be a one sided conversation because girls don't give a damn about who you are and just like to talk about themselves no matter who it is they talk to. But they'll remember you if you just pretend to be interested. And it'll go from there.

Complement her. Say something like,"I think your cute." or complement her earrings or somthing. Stay away from her shirt(unless it says something) or her pants cuz then it seems like you're staring at her chest or butt. Shoes, earings and bracelets are all safe topics. Necklaces only if they're chokers cuz if they're low and laying on her chest, well... self explanitory there.
