i am 5,1 and i weigh 108 im not fat but im not skinny, i have love handels. i dont like them. i dont eat alot but i have a habit of adding too much of things on food(cheese on pasta,ketchup,cream cheese on a bagel)...also its hard for me to eat healthy cause im not a fruit fan of alot of things and im a picky eatter. im allergic to apples,nuts,cellery and carrots. i exersize and im a cheerleader. how do i lose weight i want to weigh 94

nuh uhh , you don't want to weight 94lbs. NOooo way, that is so not good for you. it's not about the number you see on the scale because you know, your muscles weigh a lot. So I think you want to lose some fat, if that's what you mean. If you want to lose weight, you have to eat everything in sMALL portions. Eat whatever you want, as long as it's very very little. Don't starve yourself though. Also, you need to exercise wayyy more. I think cheerleading is good for cardio. but you need to do like stretching, weightlifting, running, more more more!

I think that 108 is a really good weight, but if u really do have a problem with your weight, i have to agree that if you run 2 miles a couple of times a week EVERY week..you'll be in shape..but if you do, don't get scared because first you will not loose any weight....u'll gain muscles and then slowly loose the weight...
but i think you're pretty and love urself for who u r!

Don't focus on the numbers on the scale. Instead, be thinking about how your body feels. Do you feel sluggish? Are you often out of breath? If not, odds are you don't need to lose weight.
