no, your body can only process about 500 calories at a time ... with only one meal a day, your metabolism will go into "fasting" mode and hold on to all of it's calories b/c it is not confident you will get food again in a reasonable period of time ... you will likely gain weight and spend most of the day with a stomach ache ...
4-6 250-350 calorie meals a day is much better for you all around ....

Absolutely not. You cannot skip any meals just because you ate a 3000 calorie burger. Just eat smaller meals throughout the day. You have to eat in order to keep your metabolism working or it becomes lazy and slows down. What you should do is, if you feel like you overate the day before, try to eat a little less the next day. But don't just stop eating because it is very unhealthy for you especially when you basically do not get any nutrients from that 3,000 calorie burger. What you get is empty calories from which you'll get hungry in about 3 hours. Good luck!

A 3000 calorie burger is probably only giving your body a lot of calories without much nutrition. So by not eating the rest of the day you're just robbing your body of the nutrition it needs.

you can, but i wouldnt reccomend it. first of all, you will be hungry later in the day and giving into the temptation to eat more would make you gain weight. second of all, most men need around 2000 a day, not 3000. cut the burger in half if you must taste it. third, eating that much in the morning will leave you sluggish, and lightheaded by the end of the day. it's possible, and you won't cause yourself any serious harm, but it's nutritionally a bad idea, and it'll throw off your metabolism and therefore energy levels.

noo that's really bad for your metabolism :(
you have to eat throughout the day. Plus a burger doesn't contain all the nutrients you need for your body to function

its not really good to do that because since you have more food to break down your body will have to work harder with out rest and might skip some nutrients...
