One of the letters says..rode a motorcycle contrary to the conditions of your learners license and exceeded 70km...and the other says..drove a vehicle at speed exceeding 50km in a 50 km zone. What do they mean. Surely they are not fineing me twice. It was open road out there. Surely this speeding ticket cannot be $630 good god I was only doing 75km or something. They have got to be kidding me.

Yes this could be more than one ticket as it sounds like you admitted to 2 infractions Speed, as well as violations of the permit. Another thing to take a look at is the court costs.

No, they are not kidding you. You can be ticketed for multiple laws being broken at one traffic stop.

You are lucky that you did not get your learners permit revoked and the bike impounded.

You had better learn to obey the rules of the road quickly before you no longer are allowed to get a license or badly hurt yourself or others.

Driving is not a right, it is a privilege.

No, they just kidding you. After all, why should you read all the small print in the books they gave you with your learner's license? And anyway, people drive around all the time without licenses, so why worry? Maybe they will be kind to you and let you pay it off in US $$.
