Start on the last molar(back tooth) and aim your brush at a 90 degree angle to the tooth at the gum line, and gentle pull "down". Never up, because your continue to place particles back between you gum and tooth.

Another idea is to purchase the Ultra Dental Water jet. works wonders!!

with Tooth Soap!

2 years ago - went to a dentist with a broken crown - also told
me I had 4 cavities that needed attention @ $185 each

since I did not have dental insurance at the time - would wait
until 2007 to get a new job and sign up

found Tooth Soap in May 2006 and started using it
finally got an appointment in Jan 2007 - and in the assessment they said everything looked good -
I asked "What about my 4 cavities?"
- Sir you have no cavities!

WHOA!!!!!! no kidding! 54 year old miracle - - - kept using
Tooth Soap and the 6 month cleaning had the same result
zip! no cavities! my teeth had re-enameled -

regular toothpaste has glycerin & stuff- and that prevents your teeth from applying the calcium in your body to repair your teeth

remember to keep TS it in the front part of your mouth and away from the area of the tongue that tastes salty things
WHOA - have done it twice - and will NOT do it again!

have a great 2008

oh - up and down and side to side - and circles - - - all works good with Tooth Soap

Place bristles along the gumline at a 45-degree angle. Bristles should contact both the tooth surface and the gumline.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gently brush the outer tooth surfaces of 2-3 teeth using a vibrating circular rolling motion. Move brush to the next group of 2-3 teeth and repeat.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maintain a 45-degree angle with bristles contacting the tooth surface and gumline. Gently brush using a up and down and rolling motion along all of the inner tooth surfaces and gumline.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tilt brush vertically behind the front teeth. Make several up & down strokes using the front half of the brush.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Place the brush against the biting surface of the teeth & use a gentle back & forth scrubbing motion. Do not brush the tongue .

In circular motions. It's better because you're not wearing away your enamel, which is basically your gums.

But, flossing first also helps a bunch too.

down and down or up and up is best (down strokes only on the top teeth, up strokes on the bottom teeth)
