why cant i sleep?

it is soo annoying..i took 10mg;s of ambien...i guess i have alot on my mind,,,,,i have a 19 month old and seem to fight with my husband alot...

lay down after u take the ambien instead of getting online. if u dont lay down right away u will just start getting goofy and then it wears off and ur wide awake again
