It quite relies upon on the particular regulations of the state you're in. Beers marketed as 'non-alcohol' truthfully comprise a small volume of alcohol, although no longer sufficient that anybody ingesting them could desire to distinguish without ingesting a large a lot of them. some states take the aggravating line and expressly limit everybody under 21 from procuring beer, regardless. in case you opt to be sure, the least complicated way is to objective and order one. ;)

No, because it has a very small amount of alcohol in it.

I went out to a dinner theater with a group for a friend's sixteenth birthday (I was seventeen, we were all under 21) and when we saw that non-alcoholic champagne was on the menu, we got all excited but they wouldn't let us order it and that's the reason they gave.

I just asked my fiance, and he said that since there is a small amount of alcohol in non-alcoholic beer, it cannot be served to persons under the drinking age. (It also can't be served if state laws prohibit the sale of alcohol at any certain times of day.)

A minor might not be able to buy non-alcoholic beer because, for some reason, some places still card for it. But as long as someone 21 or over buys it, i think it would be legal for them to drink it.

Another option is to try sparkling grape juice or cider.

YUCKY
Why would you want to drink that? It is disgusting.
Anyway, it still has some alcohol content, so it is still not okay for minors...although there is like no way you could possibly stand to drink enough to even get a tiny buzz because it is so nauseatingly gross.

Even 'non-alcoholic' beer contains a small amount of alcohol. So, you must be of legal drinking age to buy/consume it.

when I worked in a grocery store, you had to be 21 to buy the non-alcoholic beer - there is a small percent of alcohol in that stuff.
