First off, I have massive anxiety towards this disease...and was literally prescribed xanax to stop thinking about all of the symptoms. My problem, is that I immediantly think the worst and jump to conclusions very quickly.

I was sick for about 3 weeks, and was prescribed Cefdiner for the last week to try to calm this fear. My temperature never jumped above 99.2, and is currently 98.3. I had a sore throat for a while, and mainly what seemed to be a sinus infection. Cleared the antibiotic on monday, but now on my the side of my right thigh has appeared a very small reddish/purplelish rash that doesnt completely fade with the test (no pain). I dont have a stiff neck (have tried all 3 tests), headache, fever or no dislike of bright lights. My neck was sorta stiff for about a week, but it would always appear in certain areas, and vanish within hours probably due to stress.

Is this something I should be worried about, and contact the EMT or wait until morning to speak to a doctor?

Right, I have already been in for anxiety, and am currenty on xanax now so I'm not panicing.

I went to the doctors about 2 weeks ago with this problem, and they found nothing wrong then but gave me the antibiotics to help me feel safer and clear up a possible sinus infection.

It just worries me that when I do the tumbler test, that the rash does not dissapear. Its not really purple/blood spots just a darker pink.

Towards the problem, is it something where I would need to consult someone immediantly? I just want to make the right answer.

Thanks for the reply

Well, better consult a doctor or EMT since apart from your actual problem, you seem to have anxiety neurosis and you may need help for that.

The meningococcal vaccine can be given to children as young as 2 years of age. Get the advice of your children's pediatrician. My advice to your would be to have ALL your children vaccinated.
