Firstly assuming that you aren't dehydrated?? Headaches and migraines are usually a sign of Vitamin B3 (Niacin) deficiency ........... try eating more foods rich in this vitamin ie: white meat of chicken, fishes, roasted peanuts, whole wheat products.

Also, another good remedy is if you have any pure essential peppermint oil, place 1/2 a dozen drops of it onto a cotton ball and place near your nose and inhale the vapours for a minute or two .............. then lie down in a darkened room for 20 minutes and your headache should dissipate.

I've had migraines my whole life & it took years for my doctors to find the right medications for me. Neurontin works best for the prevention of headaches and Imitrex worked best to alleviate the headache itself.
To take the edge off, try aromatherapy - peppermint candles and oils are what I used & like I said, it'll take the edge off but won't cure the migraine....
good luck.

Tried rxs? Maxault is great for me. I also monitor my hormones and use the pill to keep them even all the time.

Try Chinese herbalists & acupuncture. If you need more help, I have an ancient cure that can help you, but I won't broadcast it.
