Lets say hypothetically that it's the Christian God. And you got to ask him one question.........what would it be?

mine would be: What do I currently believe that is false?

Oh my, I've asked this question to my minister several times. I think I know why God called my mother home so early. He called my son home several years ago. Throughout my life He has given me many challenges. I honestly thought He came to me 13 years ago with the woman of my dreams. I married, raised her child like she was my own, loved her with every ounce of energy I had, every day. Then 2 1/2 years ago she said, "I don't love you". I would ask, "was this another lesson for me? Was I there only to make her life better and raise a child in a good home"? Am I only here to give to others. It's ok, I enjoy that; but other than the day you bring me home, will I enjoy love returned? The divorce gave me reason to travel and do mission work which has been extremley rewarding. So, as they say, "everything happens for a reason".

I really doubt I would ask him a question. I don't think that would matter to be honest. I think I would be speechless if I were in the presence of God. I may grin or smile and be shy.

In essence, God is the same being in all monotheistic religions, just under a different name.

Anyway, I'd ask him/her/it the meaning of life. A common question.

I wouldn't ask God anything. If I were face to face with God I would already be dead (and somehow avoided Hell) so I wouldn't care anymore.
That is assuming I believed in the Christian God, which I don't...

Good question, how about taking the alternative positive route and say "What do I believe is truth?"

My one question would be, Why such confusion on religion and who are mere immortals to think they can interpret the higher beings plan?

Why do some people still believe that it is false despite the contrary?

Any one who thinks that they will ask God anything just don't know God.
When you come into the presence of God --You won't say or ask anything- You'll fall on your face before Him.

I would say: "God, how much longer is this test going to last?"

Nerd joke: There was some famous scientist who said "If I had one question to ask god it would be 'Why are we here'. If I had two questions, the next one would be 'Please explain fluid dynamics'".

(Fluid dynamics are totally nutty.)

Anyway my question would be:

Did you create Christianity so that you could give the moral, rational people something to fight against?
