Where can I buy salvia in indiana and is it illegal like it is illinois

I'm not sure about Indiana, but it is still legal in Ohio. There was an article in The Plain Dealer recently about it. One of Ohio's legislators is trying to get it banned.

I think it is, I know its still legal in Michigan one state up. Really I think they don't bother legalizing it is because it used to be a well kept secret of sorts, until people started putting thousands of Youtube videos of them smoking Saliva Divinorum online and people started hearing about it. The majority of states don't have it illegal, but when you buy it its offical purpose is "incense" and it may even say not approved for human consumption... lol, but even though its labled as "incense" on the back of the package you buy it actually gives the directions to smoke it, I guess labling its purpose as incense was just some simple loophole to keep it legal. I think another reason its not illegal in most states is just because its so uncommon no one really talks about it and a lot of people don't even know what it is, so therefore, no group or political people have really cared enough yet to try and have it made illegal.

I dont think that you can buiy saliva anywhere....why would you want to?
