So I'm writing him a formal apology letter...i was pretty bad, and i understand he has every right to reject me i ended the letter with "my sincerest apologies" but i want to ask for a second shot, should i do that or just leave it with "my sincerest apologies" let him mull over it and if he does then ask for a second shot?

Why run around the barn rather than being direct.

Apologize as best you can and ask for another chance in the same letter. No mulling allowed.

He may want one , but that doesn't mean he's going to get one. A "formal" apology is done face to face and includes the fact that the person is very sorry for whatever they did, and realize they were wrong. That may not be true in your case, so he may not deserve a "formal" apology.

What the heck happened? You lack so many details for us to give you an answer. I want to help. I do. Bottom line you messed up? Are you sure? Are you sure it was YOU WHO MESSED IT UP? The last time I checked, it takes two to make a relationship.

I'm sorry hunny, but you don't want to sound like a pushover. Guys want only what they can't have anyway. See what would happen if you were to stop calling him. Most likely he'll call you out of curiousity. Guys are weird like that but it works everytime.

NO
its how you feel and its better that you expressed yourself.its better than misunderstanding and thinking that both of you dont want to be together.
