Yes. Some are being replaced by foreigners; however, the job opportunities are plentiful for technologists in the United States.
The U.S. is always in need of qualified people for this sort of work.

It seems this is the way it is starting to look. There always seems to be a lot of positions available for careers in the the medical field. I guess there is a shortage of good medical staff. It doesn't really seem to take too long to earn degrees for certain fields. I don't know what they can learn proper in such a short time span.
