I just started track this year in December and I ave never done it before. I used to be rly skinny and now I built up so much muscle in my legs and thighs..more than the other girls. What gives? Am I more proned to gaining muscle? I eat healthy as well, never junk food, bad carbs, or fatty foods. I eat tons of fruits and vegetables (maybe too much)...
Is all of this normal?

Some people put on muscle more easily than others--but don't let yourself be pulled into the idea that only stick thin and squishy muscled girls are cute! I bet you look way better in heel than any of the silly putty legged girls!
