I've done it for the past few days, but now I can't do it. I already wasted 2 pills today. There capsules and when I drink it with water my tongue seems to block the pill, but not the water. The water makes the coat of the capsule thinner, so it then comes apart. I'm only 11 and my mom keeps telling me to put it all the way to the back of my throat and then take big gulps of water. Even that I can't do, but I've done it before. I've done it yesterday, the day before, the day before that, and the day before that. I don't know why I can't take it anymore. I've even tried eating a banana then adding the pill. It's one of those capsule pills that can't be crushed. My pill is for gasritis, so I can't take it with yogurt, chocolate, or milk (any lactose). No, I don't have apple sauce. I'm not scared of choking, I'm scared of taking the pill. I know I can do it and I'm thinking positive, but it just won't go down. When it seems to slide down I push it back up. Please help me.
